• Final Manuscript Submission Guideline
 

Authors of the accepted papers must submit a final manuscript for conference proceedings by May 30, 2009 and to attend the conference to present the paper at FIRA RoboWorld Congress 2009 in Incheon. All papers to be presented at the congress are to be published in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) as the proceedings of the FIRA RoboWorld Congress 2009. The proceedings will be distributed to the participants at the congress. For your final paper to be part of the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the Congress when you upload the final manuscript. When preparing your final paper, please take into account reviewer comments.

Here is what you prepare for the final manuscript submission.
- Final LATEX source files
- Final PDF file
- Copyright form, signed by one author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper
